FOI - Exemptions
Both the Freedom of Information Act and the Environmental Information Regulations contain a number of exemptions (in the Regulations they are called “exceptions”) allowing DVLNI to withhold information in certain circumstances.
However, most of the information held by DVLNI will not be subject to exemptions.
