Passenger Service Operators - Appendix C

Recognised Qualifications

For National and International Licences

• Fellow or Member of the Chartered Institute of Transport (in the road transport sector)
• Fellow, Member, Associate Member or Associate by examination of the Institute of Transport Administration (in the road transport sector)
• Member or Associate Member of the Institute of Road Transport Engineers

For National Licence Only

• Holder of the Royal Society of Arts Certificate in Road Passenger Transport (not to be confused wtih CPC)
• Associate of the Chartered Institute of Transport (in the Road Passenger Transport Sector)
• Associate of the Institue of Road Transport Engineers (by examination)

Graduate of the Institute of Transport Administration who has qualified by examination, who holds the Certificate of the National Examinations Board in Supervisory Studies (in the road passenger transport sector), who is at least 21 years of age and has a minimum of 3 years experience in road transport operations.
