What Do I Do If There Are Changes In The Business?
You must advise the Department in writing of:-
- any change in the control of the business, eg, change from sole trader to partnership, business becoming a limited company, or any change as the new business is not the legal holder of the existing licence. A fresh application would be required in these circumstances.
- any change in the business address
- any changes affecting a professionally competent partner or nominated Transport Manager;
- any case where the holder of the licence or the nominated Transport Manager has been convicted of any offence
- any case where the licence holder, any director or partner is declared bankrupt or the company goes into liquidation;
- any case where an order for seizure is made against the licence holder's property, or a receiver is appointed in relation to the holder's trade or business.
