Guide to Licensing for Passenger Service Operators
This guide is designed to set out answers to some of the questions about the road service licensing system. It explains how to apply for a Road Service Licence and describes how the licensing systems work.
Please note the guide is meant to be a helpful source of reference: it is not a legal document.
NOTE: Application for an operator licence should be applied for TWO MONTHS before you require a licence. Failure to do so may lead to prosecution for carrying passengers for reward without a road service licence.
