When Should I Apply?
You should apply at least 9 weeks before the date when the licence is needed.
This allows time for the Department to make any necessary enquiries but it may not always be possible to issue a Licence within 9 weeks if there is any delay in providing information requested.
Please note should you fail to provide the Department with the necessary information to process your application you will be notified that your application has been deemed to be withdrawn.
A reminder will usually be sent out by the Department before the existing Licence is due to expire but it is solely the responsibility of operators to ensure that their licences are valid at all times.
