How Do I Get An Operator's Licence?
The following rules apply whether you are applying for a licence for the first time, or on any subsequent occasion.
You can obtain an application form (RFL1) from the Department at the address given here.
If you are not sure how to fill in the form contact either the Road Transport Licensing Division or a Trade Association such as:
- The Freight Transport Association
- The Road Haulage Association.
