PSV Licensing - Omnibus
If you wish to obtain a PSV licence for a vehicle with 9 seats or more you will need to meet the following conditions.
- Be of satisfactory repute (see above)
- The vehicle you wish to use must pass a PSV Inspection (this will be carried out by DVTA).
Please note if you are intending to carry passengers for reward you will need to get a Road Service Licence - this is also issued by Road Transport Licensing Division - you can request information about this at the public counter or by telephone (028) 9025 4100.
Duplicate Taxi Drivers Licences and Badges
If you lose or destroy this licence you will need to apply for a duplicate using form PV15.
Duplicate PSV Licences
If you lose or destroy this licence you will need to apply for a duplicate licence using form PV3.
Both these forms are available on request from Road Transport Licensing Division or from DVTA Centres.
