Transfer of Owner/Change of Hire
- If you wish to transfer ownership or change the registration on your licence and disc you will need to complete a V36 form.
- If you wish to change the hire type on your licence and disc you will need to complete a V37 form.
Both these forms are available on request from Road Transport Licensing Division.
These applications are subject to the same conditions as for normal PSV licences.
