Please note - In both instances, the DL1R reminder will be sent to the last address that is held on our system. If you have not informed us of your most recent address you will not receive the DL1R and it will be necessary to complete an application form DL1 (available from most Post Offices, Local Vehicle Licensing Offices or directly from DVLNI by calling 0845 402 4000.
