Removing Expired Endorsements
Paper Licence Holders
If you wish to have expired endorsements removed from your driving licence you must complete a DL1 application form (available from most Post Offices, Local Vehicle Licensing Offices or directly from DVLNI by calling 0845 402 4000 and enclose your current driving licence together with the appropriate fee. You must also enclose original documentation confirming your identity and a passport sized colour photograph taken against a plain background (more information on photograph criteria).
