If you are still not satisfied after doing this please ask DVLNI for a copy of the leaflet 'How to Complain' or DVTA for a copy of the leaflet 'DVTA Complaints Procedure'.

Both DVLNI and DVTA have formal procedures for dealing with complaints and these leaflets will tell you what you can do if you are not satisfied with the service you have received.
