If you are still not satisfied after doing this please ask DVA for a copy of the leaflet 'How to Complain' or DVA Testing for a copy of the leaflet 'DVA Testing Complaints Procedure'.
Both DVA has formal procedures for dealing with complaints and these leaflets will tell you what you can do if you are not satisfied with the service you have received.
