Change My Name And/Or Address
If you are changing your name and / or address please complete Section 6 of the Registration Certificate V5C(NI) with the new details, sign and date the declaration at Section 8 and return the Certificate to DVLNI.

If your vehicle needs taxed at the time of changing your name and/or address form V10(NI) must be used.
