How to pay a penalty as a result of an unlicensed detection

DVLNI offer Mitigated Penalties as a result of unlicensed detections and in response to our current Continuous Registration policy. If you receive an offer of a mitigated penalty you may pay the penalty at any of the Agencies Local Offices or send payment by post to central office quoting the reference and vehicle registration mark.
