How Do I Report An Unlicensed Vehicle?
This should only be used to report unlicensed vehicles in NORTHERN IRELAND
There are three methods available to you if you wish to report a vehicle that appears to be unlicensed.

Report a vehicle that appears to be unlicensed online.

Telephone
You may make a telephone call to us on 0845 402 4000 or International Tel :- +44 120 477 0768. Please ensure you have the following details, as you will be asked for this information :-
- The Registration mark.
- Location of the vehicle
- The make/model, color.
(If you contact DVLNI outside office hours, you will be given the option to transfer to the Agency's information line where you will be given basic information.)
In Writing
You may send the details in writing to us at: DVLNI, Enforcements Section, County Hall, Castlerock Road, Coleraine BT51 3TA
The details must include:
- The Registration mark.
- Location of the vehicle
- The make/model, color.
Wherever possible, please provide:
- The time it can be seen at the above location,
- Name and address of the owner
The information provided can then be used for further investigations and appropriate action will be taken.
