If you have made an application to any of the areas specified above, please note we can only assist you, in clarifying if your application has been dealt with, after expiry of the time specified. (Number of working days are based on weekdays and exclude week-ends and Bank holidays). Applications are processed on a date of receipt basis. Please allow time for delivery and any postage delays.
